Today more than ever is a time when selling your home is a major event in your life, and with so much competition out there for the few buyers who are willing to take a chance on committing to buying a home.

There some things that a seller can do to make their home stand out from the over homes, some of which may be in the same street or area. There are some simple steps that can be taken, here are just a few:

Do a Walk-Thru
Clean and Fix
De-personalize your home
Rearrange or Remove Furniture
Do a Home Inspection

Of course these are just some basic steps that could make all of the difference; naturally there are some other more major steps that can be taken. But there are costs that need to be taken into consideration there.
