Where is the most expensive street in the world?

Everyone has their own idea on what it the most expensive street in the world, but in reality the only way to actually decide which street is the most is expensive is to check the property prices. It turns out that Monaco has the most expensive street, Avenue Princess Grace in Monte Carlo. Property prices there are sort of eye watering.

A four-bedroom apartment will cost around £20 million! That works out at about £95,000 per square foot.

Here are the top four most expensive streets in the world:

Avenue Princess Grace in Monte Carlo, Monaco.
Severn Road in Hong Kong.
The Upper East Side of Fifth Avenue, New York.
Kensington Palace Gardens, London.

Fortunately, London managed to creep in at fourth place, with property costing around £36,000 per square foot.
