The UK’s most expensive property

It may not come as too much of a surprise that it is Buckingham Palace which is classified at as being the most expensive piece of property in the UK, with a value of just under a billion pounds!

But it is what you would expect to see from house that has seven hundred and seventy five rooms, these include nineteen state rooms, fifty two royal and guest rooms, nearly two hundred staff rooms over ninety offices, seventy eight bathrooms, a cinema, swimming pool and all set in forty acres of land right in the centre of London.

However what is interesting is the original price paid for Buckingham House as it used to be known, King George III paid around £21,000 for it, now that it what you call a good investment.
