Foreign buyers not ready yet

Whenever there is some sort of financial problem, this hurts the majority of people who have to suffer or cut back on their standard of living. However, in times like this there are always other people who have financial security, who are able to invest in a slow market.

This is true when it come to the property market, where house owners are suffering with falling prices and the lack of buyers; you would have thought that this is the ideal market for wealthy foreign investors to move in.

However, this time it has not happened, not yet anyway. This suggests that foreign investors are either staying away because they believe that the property market in the UK is not ready to turn around yet. Alternatively, this could mean that they are looking elsewhere for to invest their cash, which is not good for the UK market.
