The mistakes sellers make

For someone who is selling a property getting potential buyers around to have a look at the place is a great thing, especially in the current climate. However, sometimes sellers are inclined to put the buyers off by making some very fundamental mistakes and end up losing the sale.

This is sometimes because the seller is so desperate to make a sale that they see this as a one and only opportunity and so will put all they can into trying to sell the property to the first person that comes along.

What sellers should not be doing?
Being inflexible about scheduling
Hovering over buyers in the home
Rushing buyers out the door
Leaving everything a mess
Not creating the right mood/atmosphere inside
