Rental property a good investment?

One man’s disaster is another man’s good fortune; this could be applied to the property market. As the sales of property slow down to a trickle, the rental market is booming according to a report by Your Move.

This would stand to reason as many people cannot or will not buy a property for various reasons, then they are going to be looking at the rental market, in fact, this sector of the property market is seeing a growth in demand of around sixty five per cent in the past year alone.

This is great news for people who have invested in property, however one section of the rental market, the buy to let sector is suffering because the owners a have found themselves not being able to cover their costs.
