Why rent a property

Over recent times there has been a gulf between people who rent the place that they in and those who have bought their home, it maybe a class thing or simply that homeowners are looked upon as being solid citizens with a stake in the local area.

However, due to recent problems within the property market things are beginning to change and renting is fast becoming a real alternative to buying for the following reasons:

Save yourself money
The freedom of choice
Less responsibility
Easier to manage finances
Working your way up the career ladder
Starting a family
Lower risks

Of course, it will not be long before the property market restarts and then the snobbery of where we live will start all over again, but in the mean time, there is nothing wrong in renting your accommodation.
