TV Prop guru expects property to rise

There is just one thing that property want owners want to hear and that is will the market ever recover from this down turn, which has seen thousands of pounds being wiped of the value of their properties.

Well one of the most respected TV property experts Phil Spencer from the Channel Four series “Location, Location, Location” believes that once there is some sort of confidence in the property market thing will take off again.

This is because there are many people who are wanting to move, but the current market conditions are preventing them from doing so. However once the market begins to recover then there is going to be a rush of property being bought and sold, which will in turn create a demand and the cycle begins again.
