How to manage properties when you rent

You do not have to live in owned property in order to become a landlord as there is a growing trend for property investors to build up a property portfolio where the properties are location within an affordable location, while they rent in a popular area.

This gives the landlord the lifestyle that they want, while at the same time building up a descent investment within the property sector, which has in the past been a very safe bet in the long term.

By doing this the investor can also separate their business from home, because they this make sense for a business that has been built up on property and mortgages.

Despite what has happen in the property sector recently, a landlord is guaranteed an income from their properties, so long as they are rented out to the right sort of tenants who pay regularly and stay in the property for a long time.
