House prices still set to fall
The UK is split up into a lot of different markets when it comes to the values of property and not surprisingly these markets all act in very different ways, but there is one thing that all have in common the prices are falling.
On average it is believed that the figure will have fallen by around eight per cent over the last year and as of yet there is little sign that this situation will be changing for the better in the immediate future or even within the first half of next year.
However, it is not as bad as it would seem, because for home owners that have no intention of selling, it makes little difference. These people can easily ride it out for a year or so and when to market picks up again then the values of property will once again be on the rise.
