Interest rate cuts to move market

Will the UK property market begin to show signs of a turnaround now that the Bank of England have reduced interest rates down to their lowest levels ever, or is this just going to hurt even more people and continue the cycle of decline.

For the property investor this would seem to be an ideal time to finally get off the wall and put their money into property.

This would seem to be the case, but if we look around at the bigger picture it does not too great and it this overall picture that could prevent people to re-enter the property market, this is simply because the future still looks gloomy for all.
