UK property market recovering?

In times like those that we have today, it is very difficult to decide on which information is helpful to your own individual situation. This is because there are some many variations of the same story making it virtually impossible for someone to make an informed decision.

This is true when it comes to the property market, where most of the experts predict that a recovery is not due until around 2010, but on the other hand, there are those who are claiming that the UK property market is holding on.

Who do you believe?

Common sense would tell you that with low prices and low interest rates, it should be an ideal time to buy. However, with the current economic climate with stores closing and people losing their jobs this is situation where caution is urged. Nevertheless, who ever said that buying property included common sense?
