Property prices in Spain still dropping
Spain had been the dream for many Brits to either retire to or even just to start a new life, yet with a community that has been estimated to be as high a one million people things may not be so good over there these days.
For some enough is enough and it is time to sell up and return to the UK, but that is easier said than done. This is because many people have mortgages and because the value of the property has fallen this makes it virtually impossible to get out.
This is especially a problem when there are property experts who are showing properties on their websites, but in one section, the prices are dropping by the minute. Obviously, there must be a bottom price when the sellers want to go to, but this is not inspiring for someone trying to get back to the UK.
