Commercial property performing badly
Despite hopes that there could be a recovery in the property market, it looks as if the commercial sector is still going to be suffering over the next year of so by as much as twenty five per cent. This is because of the lack of lending by the financial sector.
What makes this worse for the UK is that these predictions mean that the UK commercial property sector is going to be performing a lot worse than the European neighbours of France and Germany.
If these predictions come true and there is no reason as to why this should occur, then it would mean that the property values in the commercial sector would have fallen by a massive forty five per cent when compared to values when the crisis started in 2007.
