Canaries have great bargains

It looks like the property crisis throughout the world is taking its toll on even some of the most desirable places to live. We are not talking about Dubai or Monte Carlo those regions are strictly for the wealthy amongst us.

However, for the average person who has had enough of the long cold winter, where better to look than the Canary Islands. Situated of the eastern coast of Africa, the Canaries offer year long sun and now it seems some great bargains too.

Properties on these sun kissed islands are some of the cheapest in Europe, it is not unusual for properties valued at 250,000 Euros to be reduced by anything up to 60,000 Euros, this makes for some great bargains to be had for people who have the finance and the desire to make the move.
