Scotland hit by the graffiti plague
Property in and around the north Scotland city of Aberdeen have become the unlikely victims of graffiti tagging.
The incidents have been happening all around the city and both public and private property is being affected causing considerable concern for people who finding that their property has become the latest victim.
It is estimated that the clean up costs are already running into thousands of pounds, but somehow it is the clean up costs that are the problem, people feel violated in the same way that a person would feel if they had been robbed.
The graffiti has taken the form of tags or signatures, which eventually should be easy enough to trace, as the graffiti artists tend to use these tags as a symbol to show that they were there.
