Opportunities for profits in rural properties

It seems that there are still some great opportunities around for making a decent profit from a property investment and it is those Scots that have got the jump on everyone else this time, for they are slipping out into the rural areas and buying up houses.

This is a practice known as “Mouse holding” where buyers from cities and towns buy outside of the normal range that would be practical to travel back into town for work etc. But there is a demand for nice rural properties in the rental market; this makes it easier for the owner to rent in the city while having a nice investment building up in the country.

Trust the Scots the think of that one and keep it quiet, until now that is!
